On November 18th and 19th, the 100,000 Strong Foundation, in partnership with The George Washington University’s Confucius Institute and the Education Office of the PRC Embassy, hosted its first ever 100K Strong Student Reunion. Over 150 100K Strong Foundation Student Ambassadors from around the country gathered in Washington, DC for two-days of expert panels, team-building exercises and networking opportunities, as well as a terrific reception hosted by the Embassy.
The event was attended by Holly Chang, Golden Bridges Foundation founder and president, and Devin Nickell, Golden Bridges Foundation Online Community Engagement Manager. On the second day, a breakout session entitled Following our Passion: Chinese Language, Social Media, and Startups, was led by Holly Chang.
