Enactus China Competition

On Thursday, June 5, Holly Chang served as a judge for Day 1 of the Enactus China competition. Enactus is an international organization that seeks to unite students passionate about using social entrepreneurship as a tool to build and promote a more sustainable world. Enactus pairs students with academic leaders and business experts to implement projects designed to serve their community and improve quality of life. Each year, regional and national competitions take place, culminating in the annual Enactus World Cup.

Some projects presented during the competition included a water clean-up project, a program targeting issues faced by migrant workers, a project proposing to preserve local crafts and boost the local economy in Huaiyang, and many other social innovations.
